Alpine Security Sponsors Local (ISC)² Chapter, Offers Discounts to Members

O’Fallon, IL, January 22, 2018 – Alpine Security (“Alpine”) is proud to announce a partnership with the St. Louis Region/Scott AFB (ISC)² chapter. Alpine is sponsoring the chapter for 2018. As part of this sponsorship, Alpine is offering a 15% discount on all (ISC)² certification preparation courses, such as CISSP and CAP, to any chapter member in good standing.

Christian Espinosa, Alpine Security CEO, said “we are very excited to sponsor the local (ISC)² chapter in the St. Louis/Scott AFB region. We take pride in helping grow cybersecurity expertise in the St. Louis and Scott Air Force Base area. This is also a great opportunity to reach out and help people looking to obtain the CISSP or CAP certifications.”

Brian Lourie, (ISC)² Chapter President, said “I’m very excited to partner with Alpine Security on this sponsorship. By leveraging our partnership with Alpine Security, we can offer our members a substantial discount for a CISSP boot-camp. Alpine Security is competitively priced, and our members will enjoy further savings. (ISC)² continues to strive to keep the CISSP certification at the forefront of cybersecurity certifications. They continue to update the content to be aligned with the ever-changing landscape of cybersecurity. This is a win-win for all involved.”

Norm Muelleman, (ISC)² Chapter Membership officer, said “the great thing about our (ISC)² chapter is that you don’t have to hold an (ISC)² certificate to join us. We are a cybersecurity chapter at the heart. We bring in great speakers and have a great network of cybersecurity personnel from across the region. All we ask is that you have six months of cybersecurity experience to join us. Our chapter goal has always been for our members to achieve the CISSP certification.”
