Alpine Security Approved as EC-Council Accredited Training Center (ATC)

Alpine Security Approved as EC-Council Accredited Training Center (ATC)

St. Louis, April 29, 2016 – Alpine Security, a leading cyber security training and consulting firm, is now approved as an EC-Council Accredited Training Center (ATC). As an ATC, Alpine Security will offer official EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI), EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), and other certification training and testing programs. “We’re excited to begin this partnership with EC-Council,” said Christian Espinosa, White Hat Hacker and Principal, Alpine Security.

“As both a cyber security service and training organization, our real-world penetration testing and cyber security experience is a discriminator that adds immense value for our students. We’re not just a ‘training center’ with mere book knowledge. Our trainers have real-world experience with real-world stories that enhance the classroom experience by bridging the gap between academia and practice,” Espinosa said.

Alpine Security is currently offering CEHv9 certification training. They plan to expand their offering of EC-Council courses late Summer with ECSA and CHFI. Alpine Security’s current CEH courses are scheduled for the following dates:

  • June 6-10 (M-F), 8:30am – 4:30pm, 2016

  • July 25-29 (M-F), 8:30am – 4:30pm, 2016

  • August 29 – September 2 (M-F), 8:30am – 4:30pm, 2016

According to the EC-Council “The Certified Ethical Hacker program is the pinnacle of the most desired information security training program any information security professional will ever want to be in. To master the hacking technologies, you will need to become one, but an ethical one! The accredited course provides the advanced hacking tools and techniques used by hackers and information security professionals alike to break into an organization. As we put it, “To beat a hacker, you need to think like a hacker”. This course will immerse you into the Hacker Mindset so that you will be able to defend against future attacks. The security mindset in any organization must not be limited to the silos of a certain vendor, technologies or pieces of equipment.”
