Our training facility is located at 7 Eagle Center, Suite B-5, O'Fallon, IL 62269. We are located on the ground floor, next to the lake. The entrance is in the back of the building. The location is well marked and we put additional signage out during training.

O'Fallon is in the St. Louis Metro-East area - the area next to St. Louis on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River. We are about 4.5 hours south of Chicago.

We also offer our courses at hotel conference centers or other partner locations. We feel this gives us the greatest flexibility and allows us to adjust to your demand. We choose hotels and locations with great facilities and easy access.

+ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we will work with you on a flexible and custom payment plan. We will work with you to come up with a plan that works best for you. The sooner you register for a class, the better, because you will have longer to make payments. We require all payments be completed one week prior to the course start date. We charge 5% fee for this service. This fee covers service charges and us holding the slot for you.

Here's an example of how this works; let's say you register for our CISSP course. The course price is $3195, plus the 5% service fee makes the total $3354.75. If you register 3 months in advance, you could make a payment every 2 weeks of $559.13 (6 payments total). Payments will be set up as recurring credit card charges, based on the terms that work for you. Please ask us about payment options, if you are interested.

+ What is the registration or enrollment process?

Once you register for a course on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. A week prior to the course we will send you a Course Info email with the exact location for the course, logistics information, trainer contact information, and anything else we feel you should know. Of course, you are always free to ask us questions any time during the process.

If you are having trouble registering on our website, we can send you an invoice with a link to pay by credit card.

+ What if I register for a course and it does not "run"?

We do our best to make sure courses run as scheduled. If a course does not meet the minimum attendee requirement, we will offer you a full refund and a discount to move to another date for the same course or a different course.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Here is our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the course start date/time will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the course start date/time will receive a 50% refund.
  • Transfers made 10 days or more in advance of the course start date/time can be made without penalty.
  • Transfers made within 10 days of the course start date/time will incur a 10% transfer fee.

Transfers are only allowed to the same course title. Examples: 1) you can transfer from a CISSP course in March to a CISSP course in May, 2) you cannot transfer from a CSCU course to a CISSP course.

+ Do you offer private or onsite courses?

Yes, we offer private courses. We can offer these onsite at our facility, your facility, at a hotel conference center, or at a partner location.We love to travel and visit other locations. Please contact us for more information.

+ Do you offer virtual or remote training?

Yes, we offer Live Online courses. Our courses are typically offered in a live hybrid environment, where we have a mix of In-Person and Online attendees. You can find more information about our Live Online courses here.

+ Do I need a laptop for your courses?

You do not need a laptop - we will provide one for you. However, it is preferred you bring your own laptop for our hands-on courses. Our hands-on courses typically utilize VMware/VirtualBox for a virtual lab environment or online iLabs. Using your laptop allows you to set up and configure the course hands-on lab environment on your own system. This way, after the course is over, you can continue practicing what you learned in the course without having to worry about replicating the classroom environment or setup.

+ Do you offer any guarantees I will pass the certification exam after taking your course?

We arm you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to pass the exam. The comprehension and test-taking abilities are in your court. It is up to you to focus on the content, prepare for the exam, take practice tests, and test well. If you do not pass the related certification exam, you are welcome to repeat the course with us for free. You can even take the course a second time for free before you take your test.
