Chelsea Cooke

Chelsea is Alpine Security’s Office Manager and a Client Success Manager. As the Office Manager, Chelsea maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, maintaining correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and more. As a Client Success Manager, Chelsea is responsible for developing customer relationships by working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.Chelsea grew up in North Texas, where she met her husband. Over the course of her time there, she developed a love of reading, and a passion for helping others.

Later, she moved to Central-South Texas to pursue a career in corporate business-to-business sales. After gaining over 5 years of experience in the field, Chelsea felt the need to transition to a different career field. She moved her focus from sales to administrative tasks, finding fulfillment in serving the “Bigger Picture”.

Chelsea and her husband live near Belleville, IL with their two dogs. In the future, she would like to open her own online Virtual Assistant business, that caters to business professionals and businesses alike, but is currently enjoying gaining experience and learning all there is to know about being a successful Office Manager.In her spare time, Chelsea likes to explore Downtown St. Louis, read a good book, do volunteer work, or just spend time at home with her husband.
